Winter Recalibrate with Jan Buhrman & John Bagnulo

Recalibrate transitive verb : to calibrate (something) again.

Sometimes our systems drift off course and there is a need to get back and navigate the system…Shift Modify and fine tune revise, adapt, reconstruct take corrective measure .

Take the corrective measure in living a full and active winter!

We all go through winter differently, but how can we go through it better?

Winter is a good time to revise our daily life and make choices for overall better living and health!

In this course, you will learn how!

Recalibration is about tweaking something that appears to be working just fine.

Or maybe your winters don’t work just fine, and you want to find ways to make it healthier and more enjoyable.

Beat the Winter Blues by  tuning into your circadian rhythm, and eating foods nutrient dense and practicing intermittent fasting 1-2 days per week.

Some research suggests that intermittent fasting may be more beneficial than other diets for reducing inflammation and improving conditions associated with inflammation, such as:

  • Alzheimer's disease

  • Arthritis

  • Asthma

  • Diabetes

  • Multiple sclerosis

  • Stroke

Meet the challenges of winter with nutrient dense foods.

Winter is a great time to practice intermittent fasting 1-2 days a week.

There is little room for filler in a meal if you are practicing intermittent fasting because you need to get all your daily nutrients in two meals. We will cook meals high in potassium, make beverages high in fat and make hot and cold smoothies!
