Cancellation Policy

Because our retreats are intentionally small to create a more personal, intimate experience, we have a clear cancellation policy that helps us all share the financial risks of unexpected changes.

Deposits

  • Your hold deposit secures your spot and is non-refundable.

  • If you need to cancel, your hold deposit (minus a $100 USD relisting fee) may be transferred to a new attendee that you find and assign to your spot.

Payments & Balance Due

  • A deposit is required to register and hold your space. It is non-refundable but can be transferred to another attendee.

  • The remaining balance is due 60 days before the retreat start date, unless otherwise noted.

  • You may transfer your spot to another attendee up to 2 days before the retreat; however, no refunds will be given.

Payment Processing

  • A 4% processing fee per participant applies to all credit card payments.

Cancellations, Refunds & Travel Insurance

We understand that no one signs up for a retreat expecting to cancel, and life can bring surprises. At the same time, we are unable to offer refunds in the event of:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Illness or injury

  • Personal or family emergencies

  • Failure to attend, late arrival, or early departure

For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance can:

  • Reimburse your trip fees if you need to cancel before or during the retreat

  • Help cover medical expenses or evacuation should you have an accident or health issue while traveling

Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of your initial reservation; please arrange it soon after booking.

If We Need to Cancel

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, all payments made to us will be refunded in full. If this happens, we will notify you at least 1 month before the retreat start date whenever possible.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for any additional personal expenses you incur, such as airline tickets, airport transfers, or other travel costs, due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.

With gratitude,
