Hello to all, This is a Fall that keeps on going and offers more and more color, and warm, inspiring days.And although many days feel like summer, it really feels like winter is looming when it’s time to turn the clocks back. (Now why do we do that again?) It always seems wrong to me. And I have hardly dragged out my warmer clothes, and like every year, I think it is coming on too early! And the pressure to do something significant with that one extra hour, is overly pondered. Brain Health in Vermont was wildly fun and we learned so much. The hikes were a great way to start and end each day. I miss being there already. Many of you signed up for the e-class and if you did and you want to further explore the ketogenic diet, then come along for our Holiday classes. We will offer cooking classes and lectures on the importance of the keto diet for overall health, but mostly how to stay keto when you're are trying to celebrate the holidays! I hope you’ll join us.
